Rules for using Maid Finder as an employer or registered user.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Maid Finder website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Maid Finder is an online search and enquiry platform that helps employers browse domestic helper biodata published by licensed maid agencies. Maid Finder is not a maid agency, employer, employment agency, or government authority. We do not employ domestic helpers, arrange placements, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, suitability, or conduct of any helper, agency, or user.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting unauthorised access, scraping or harvesting data, uploading malware, impersonating others, harassing users or agencies, infringing intellectual property, or using the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
Biodata, fees, availability, contact details, and other information on the Platform are supplied by third-party maid agencies and users. Maid Finder does not verify every listing and does not endorse any agency, helper, or statement made on or off the Platform. Any hiring decision, contract, payment, permit application, or dispute is solely between you and the relevant agency or parties. Maid Finder is not a party to those arrangements.
Information on the Platform is provided for general information only. It is not legal, immigration, employment, financial, or professional advice. Official requirements are set by the Ministry of Manpower and other authorities. You must confirm all obligations directly with the relevant agency and official sources before acting.
YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, SHORTLISTS, ENQUIRIES, MESSAGES, DOWNLOADS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, OR ERROR-FREE PERFORMANCE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Maid Finder, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, OR ANY MONETARY LOSS WHATSOEVER, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER FOR ANY ACT, OMISSION, REPRESENTATION, CONDUCT, DELAY, FAILURE, ERROR, OR LOSS CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY AGENCIES, HELPERS, EMPLOYERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, INTEGRATIONS, OR OTHER USERS, INCLUDING DATA LOSS, SECURITY INCIDENTS, MISREPRESENTATION, NON-PERFORMANCE, OR FINANCIAL LOSS.
TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE FULLY EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) SINGAPORE DOLLARS FIFTY (S$50).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maid Finder and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your content or enquiries, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings with any agency or third party.
The Platform, branding, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to Maid Finder. You may use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial employer search purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform except as permitted by law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or restrict access at our discretion, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
